About us:
At Timber Cabins, we specialize in designing, manufacturing, and selling high-quality wooden houses across Europe. As we expand, we're looking for an After Sales Manager to ensure a seamless post-sales experience for our Spanish customers.
What’s the gig?
→ Work closely with B2C sales reps handling the Spanish market
→ Investigate and resolve order fulfillment claims
→ Communicate with construction teams to address customer concerns
→ Ensure a smooth after-sales process by engaging with customers post-purchase
→ Collaborate with marketing, production, logistics, quality management & accounting teams
What we’re looking for:
+ Fluent Spanish – your main working language
+ Good English – for internal communication
+ Strong problem-solving skills & ability to handle complex situations
+ Excellent organizational & time-management skills
+ Good computer skills & experience with CRM/accounting systems (a plus!)
+ Attention to detail, accuracy & a proactive mindset
