Your mission
→ Very active search for new business clients and development of long-term relationships
→ Researching new market opportunities and overseeing growth projects
→ Managing the full sales process: from first contact to closing the deal
→ Preparing commercial offers, negotiating terms & analyzing pricing strategies
→ Understanding customer needs & providing expert consultation before and after sales
→ Hitting & exceeding monthly sales goals (we love results!)
What we’re looking for
✅ Fluent in German – your main working language
✅ Good English for internal communication
✅ Proven sales experience (phone, email & online)
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills
✅ Customer-focused mindset with a drive to close deals
✅ Experience with CRM systems is a big plus!
