At Timber Cabins, we specialize in designing, manufacturing, and selling high-quality wooden houses across Europe. Now, we're looking for an After Sales B2C Team Lead to ensure an excellent and seamless post-sales experience for our customers working together with multicultural team.
What’s the gig?
→ Develop policies and processes to enhance customer experience and retention
→ Oversee service quality, ensuring all work meets company and industry standards.
→ Lead and manage the aftersales team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues
→ Develop and improve aftersales service strategies to enhance client satisfaction and brand reputation
→ Monitor and optimize aftersales processes for efficiency and quality assurance.
→ Oversee and manage legal aspects of aftersales contracts, warranties, and service agreements
→ Monitor and optimize aftersales processes for efficiency and quality assurance
→ Train, mentor, and guide the aftersales team to improve service quality and efficiency
What we’re looking for:
+ 2+ years of experience in a similar leadership role within e-commerce, telemarketing, or direct sales of goods
+ Fluency in verbal and written communication in both Lithuanian and English
+ Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
+ Strong organizational skills, decision-making abilities, and a focus on continuous process improvemen
+ Proficiency in PC applications such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
